Visual filter working differently for other user

I'm having an issue where one user is seeing all filters on a visual while everyone else is seeing the correct filters.

Here is the filter on PowerBI Desktop, filtered on the visual. Filtering on the page seems to not work for anyone.

I've found the issue.

The buttons on the dashboard where bookmarks, I've set them to page navigation instead and this has done this trick.

Hey @globe11123 ,

what is the data source? Do you import the data or is it a live connection to a data source?

If it's a data source the users might have different access. If the data is imported the users might have different roles for the data set.

I have embedded the report as public, so surely it should be the same for everyone.

datasource is imported from spreadsheets, I'm quite new to using this as its been handed over from another person who was managing it.
