Visual Resource Load on Gantt Chart

    Please follow below steps to Show Utilization by Color in Gantt Chart;
     
    1.Create a new column to classify allocation as:
     
        100%, Partial (1–99%), or 0%.
     
    2.Combine allocation and status into a new column (e.g., "Confirmed - Partial").
     
    3.Use this new column in the Gantt chart’s color/legend field to visually differentiate bars.
     
    4.Customize data colors in the Gantt settings (e.g., dark for 100%, light for partial, blank for 0%).
