Hi there,
I have a dataset that is linked to a SQL server via DirectQuery. I have developed some visuals for this data, and have been able to publish and access the dataset in PowerBI Service through an enterprise gateway. I have an automatic data refresh set up that seems to be working fine, and if I download the dataset as a .pbix file to open in PowerBI Desktop, the data is updated and the visuals are presented. The only problem is that I cannot view these visuals or even data fields in PowerBI service. Since the dataset is updating appropriately, I don't think it is a credentials issue. Any help?
Hi @Anonymous ,
It may be that the gateway version is too low and the visuals cannot be displayed
If you are an administrator, you should see "Download Cloud" in the gateway section of Power BI Service. This indicates that you need to upgrade.
Best Regards,
Liu Yang
