Variables that affect Scheduled Refresh time

Hi there,

I have a new Dashboard that Highly varies in terms of scheduled refresh time. Today it varied from 15-40 mins... What could be the explanation?

Does the number of dataset refreshing at the same time impact the refresh time of each one?

Thanks

Hello,
When you set schedule refresh time, e.g at 9am, it doesnt actually starts at 9am. It will be queued into the 9am block. So it might start later depending on the queue. Having multiple dataset refresh at the same time will definitely increase the queue.

If you have Premium Gen2, there should no queue at all, but still possible if you hit the capacity limit.

Hi mate. Is there any difference with the premium per user license?

Same thing with PPU license.
