Hi all,
I have a dashboard with 2 tables, one with the product id customer id, name and details, and another data table with customer id plus further details
now when I try adding different more IDs and more different data on the existing model, it is not taking the values in the second table and it is going blank.

Based on your report's underlying data model description, do you mean that your data relationship between these two tables within your dashboard is like this?
If so, I believed that the reason why "when I try adding different more IDs and more different data on the existing model, it is not taking the values in the second table and it is going blank" is that when you add more IDs in the table1, the another table that contains customer id plus further details didn't also been added the same IDs as in the table1, because they are already connected in the data model table relationship, they are joined.
