Using and Sharing App in a Workspace - Downsides?
We share everything through apps so only
report creators in general are members of workspaces. It keeps things a lot cleaner.
You're right about the one app per workspace. We do the following:
One master workspace with a our datasets in.
Reports are then "thin" and stored in different workspaces each of which can have its own App. Only issue with doing it that way is that end users have to be manually assigned as viewers of the dataset rather than it sorting it for you if it were all in one workspace.
