Using a Gateway as a data source for report

Hi,

I've successfully created and connected to a Gateway (an on-premise SQL DB that is in different domain).

I can see it in my Gateways:

But how can I use this as a data source for a Power BI Report?  Here are my options:

Hi @trixie_dreadful ,

Actually, gateway acts as a bridge to provide data transfer between on-premises data and cloud service. If you want to connect to the data sources in gateway from different domain, you can request the users who has the access to related SQL DB to create dataset in Power BI Service, then grant you the access to related dataset. Finally you can connect to that dataset in Power BI Desktop.

Best Regards
