Using SSMS to refresh PBI tabular model in portal

Glad you found the solution.
To be additional, Power BI returns the following error if you perform a refresh via the XMLA endpoint against a model without enhanced metadata.

Thank you. One, hopefully last question:
When default compatibility level is, but at the same time a singular database level within it is as low as 1465
What should be updated? SSDT? PBI desktop? I thought July edition supported enhanced metadata format?
And enhanced metadata format is set ON as preview feature:
