Using Power BI Embedded for Internal Users to save Power BI Pro subscription cost
Hi everyone, I have a customer that is on Power BI embedded and also Qlik and they are hesitant to completely move over to Power BI because of the subscription cost involved (they will eventually have about 600 users). Would they will be able to use Power BI Embedded for their internal users, and if so, how hard would it be to set that up? Will we be able to implement row-level security on Power BI Embedded dashboards too?

And about rls, Power BI Embedded support it! there is a solution provided by Power BI. One account (the master account) is needed. We also can apply RLS. Please refer to embed-sample-for-customers and developer/embedded-row-level-security.
