Users unable to export data to Excel
Help please!
I have created a sales dashboard in which I want users to be able to export data in to Excel. There is RLS in place to ensure they can only see the data they should be able to so that is not a problem. The issue I have is that even though all the security settings are correctly set to allow the export, I have people unable to export (the options for underlying data greyed out). Myself and my team are able to export no problems (not sure if this is because we are admin on the workspace).
I have read through all the guidance I can find and nothing in there would indicate why they are not able to export......

1.Please check that the user has the related 'build' permission of the dataset, or they cannot export data or analyze in Excel. You can refer to the following link.

And you can refer to the the following exporting limitation.
