Users cannot view any reports in shared with me

Hello, 

My organization uses premium power bi and everyone is a pro user. We have recently started experiencing some issues over reports that were shared with users months ago.  We have a number of users from different office groups seeing blank when they click on shared with me. Whereas, up until yesterday, they were able to view all the datasets. How can I help them out here? Please let me know.
