User Metrics Views Reports/Apps
Hi. You can't know the view of an specific page. You can know when a report was open for viewing. The performance is also out of table, it only shows if an operation happended or not. You can read the list of operations in here:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/admin/operation-list
The things you find over the report at Admin monitoring workspace are almost the same for the API, so you won't find a solution at the API, it's the same.
I hope that helps,

Currently, usage metrics in Power BI do show app-level views, but they don't break down the specific reports that are being viewed within the app.12 This means that while you can see how many times an app has been visited, you can't get a detailed picture of which individual reports within that app are performing best.
