Use old layout on upgraded version

Hi, I have several APPs made via sharepoint but I now understand that I should move them to "the upgraded version". But I cannot find out if I can use the old layout in the "upgraded" version. I real...

    You can turn on or off the New look at the top right corner.

Of course, it is used for upgrade workspace, so you can switch back to old version.
