Usage Statistics: Blank User?

Hello,

 

When reviewing our usage statistics, I noticed one user was returning blank values for name, email, etc.

 

Any idea what could be causing this? Platform is showing as Web and distribution method as Workspace.

 

I do have it integrated into a SharePoint site - could that be the cause?

    PowerBIzNess,

    How do you integrate the usage statistics report into SharePoint site? Do you import it in SharePoint Online, and does the report show all users information in Power BI Service?

      I haven't integrated the usage statistics report itself into SharePoint, but I did use the SharePoint preview feature to embed the PowerBI Report in my SharePoint Page. 

       

      It must have been that, as I removed the report from my SharePoint site and the blank user no longer appears.
