Hi, yes you can monitor some activities but not all. If you look into the protection centre in o365 under activities (power bi) than you have a lot of activities to monitor. May be you go first there and look what is possible ;). Best, Kathrin

    Hi Anonymous ,

"So can they check used measures, data source(s), changes made to a report,  etc... "

There are roughly two types of data that you want to monitor. One is operations on datasets, reports, and dashboards, and the other is data and data sources.

    1. How to monitor the first type of information?

Admin portal -> Usage metrics/Audit logs

    What is Power BI administration?

Track user activities in Power BI

    2. How to monitor the second type of information?

PBI itself does not have such a tool that allows administrators to view all datasets and data sources in the organization.(Unless the data is shared.)

Maybe you can check the logs of the gateway cluster.

Manage on-premises data gateway high-availability clusters and load balancing

Configure log files for the on-premises data gateway

    Best regards,
