Usage Metrics not working

I can confirm that the USAGE METRICS on PBI Web are not working.

We have users that have presented their internet history for the month of May, clearly showing they accessed the dashboards however they have no count against their name.

In this case we have a user who accessed the dashboard:

02/05

04/05

08/05

21/05

22/05

However the usage metrics only show access 08/05 and 22/05

This is a BUG
