Please refer to this document about service-usage-metrics#considerations-and-limitations
You need to notice that it might take up to 24 hours for new activity data to appear in the usage report.

Helper Iv-easonf-msft lynnsop If "My Workspace" doesn't support the usage metrics report (a identified by the documentation that Eason provided a link for), could one still build and share a Power BI report that shows analytics on report usage?
I noticed that the "New Usage Metrics Report" works on "My Workspace"... perhaps that could be related to a solution.
