Usage Metrics for Report are blank

I am the admin and unique developer of a report that is been used by 20 colleges. I tried to generate a "Report SUage Metric" and it is always blank as you can see, somebody can help?

    Eduardo_Jimenez,

    This is a know issue, please check the notification in Power BI support. And to workaround this issue, use Power BI audit log to determine report usage.
