Usage Metrics dont work

Hello, I have a problem with "usage metrics" not refreshing at all. I don't have access to the dataset (I'm an administrator), I only see the dataset in 1 place by clicking on the "gear" at the top as settings and finding it there, otherwise I wouldn't have found this error at all, I will be grateful for help (screen below what pops up)
