Usage Metrics Report

Hi Guys. 

We had an employee who ran a usage metrics report and now have left the organization. The issue we're facing is that report hasn't been updated since 30/07/2024, and we can't seem to refresh it. If I go to "View Semantic Model" I get the following error: 

"Download this file" option has also been greyed out. I am the admin of Power BI, does anyone has any workaround? Also, can't seem to delete the current usage report, and if I run new one, it still gets linked to this semantic model and has been stuck on 30/07/2024

Hi @azakir ,

If you are the tenant admin then you can use your tenant admin account and you can download that file.But if it is still not showing the tenant admin account then I don't think you can recover it.
