Usage Metrics Report - Broken Refresh

THe best way to fix this is to reset the usage metrics report. 

In the workspace settings, go to storage, then find the usage metrics semantic model and delete it. 

After deleting that model, right click on the report you want metrics on, and click on the view usage metrics report link. THis will cause the service to create a new semantic model with a new connection for the usage metrics report. 

If the usage metrics is something that you look at for many reports, I would recommend exploring the GetActivityEvents API instead, from the data there you can build your own usage metrics report that works for all reports in your enviornment. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/admin/get-activity-events
