Usage Metrics Report - Analyze in Excel

Hello - I am no longer able to "Analyze in Excel" the Usage Metrics Report. Any ideas how to enable this?

Could you have a look at the tenant settings to see if the analysis in Excel has been disabled?

Analyze in Excel is available for all other reports within the workspace. Just not the Usage Metrics Report

    It is possible from Tom to Tom that that changed the configuration settings for Microsoft related datasets.

      What is "Tom to Tom"?
      Also how do I check the configuration settings of Microsoft related datasets?
