Usage Metrics Not Updating

It can take up to 24 hours for new usage data to be imported after new credentials are updated. You can't trigger a manual refresh by using the Power BI user interface.

Experiencing the same for more than a month now. No usage data. It's not just a 24 houyr refresh issue.
