Could you please share more details to us?
- How do the users view your reports? Are they in the workspace? If yes, what access do you set to them? If no, do you share the report to them directly?
- The usage metrics can take up to 24 hours for data to update. Do you check it again?

Thank you for responding. All the users access the report through the workspace. I also have provided them with "read and reshare" access through the Share button on the report's toolbar.
I have been looking over a week time period to see if their names show up, and I still do not see their names.
