Upgrade Power BI Service

I am trying to upgrade my installation of Power BI report services. The package I downloaded will only allow for a new install. Is there a reason why an upgrade is not available. I currently am running the Sept 2022 version and would like to upgrade to the January 2023 version.

    Hi Anonymous 


    Can you not uninstall the current version then try and install the new version you just downloaded?

    I am trying to upgrade. This has been an established system for quite sometime and I haven't done a new install before. I can't afford to lose any of the active subscriptions or settings.
