Upgrade Personal Workspace

is it possible to Upgrade your Personal Workspace to The New Experience? If so - How If not - is it not possible to have Data Flows in your Personal Workspace?

Unfortunately, It is supported to upgrade your Personal Workspace to new Experience. Dataflows are unavailable to be created in Personal Workspace. It is designed to be like this.
