Update a User's Permissions to send email - Power Bi Service

    Hi MikeGanem3 

     

    As far as I know, there is no way to do this automatically within the power BI service. Your only option is to manually send them an email from your own email account. If this is a feature you would like, you can write or create an idea here https://aka.ms/FabricIdeas

Thanks for posting in Microsoft Fabric Community.

We’re following up as we haven’t heard from you in a while. As mentioned by GilbertQ , currently there is no way within the Power BI Service to trigger email notifications after access has been granted without removing and re-adding the users. The recommendation to manually notify users via your own email remains the available workaround.
