Unified support for Power BI?

I have had a number of support cases which were not able to reach the finish line.  Even serious ones.

There is a new issue I encountered, and I am certain that professional/mindtree support is going to be unsuitable for this (a regression).

Is there a way to get support for Power BI via "unified" support (ie. get support from Microsoft itself, rather than Mindtree)?
It would be helpful to have some avenue to pursue bug fixes.  I have no confidence that professional/Mindtree engineers are able to request bug fixes from the related PG at Microsoft.

Power BI is becoming a mission-critical component of our organization; it is scary if we would find ourselves with no way to fix the new bugs we encounter.

  • When you submit a ticket you can specify the severity.  Critical tickets get routed directly to Microsoft.

      Thanks lbendlin

I can try that.  In the past I've had tons of difficulty contacting Microsoft.  My cases remain with Mindtree for a month or two.  In many cases we don't even get the opportunity to discuss our problem with a PTA. (ie. a full time Microsoft employee).

If there are any other tips or tricks related to Power BI support, please let me know.  Based on my experience, the only consistent way to get support from the Microsoft side is to purchase a "unified" contract.  It is frustrating when we can't get our PBI bugs fixed without paying additional for a special support contract.
