Unable to view share report on power BI

I created a power Bi tab on teams for my colleague to view but she is unable to view with error message.

Is there a reason she is having this error message and how do I resolve this please?

Hi @Omoyele 

As it says in the message, she needs a Pro Licence to view reports or if you company has PBI premium she should be assigned the licence that contains PBI Premium
