Unable to view Excel file Uploaded

That doesn't sound normal. Power bi gives a preview of the data quickly. I doubt if power bi can load images. 

I've placed the image in excel file. Sometime it can be displayed very fast. But sometime it just keep loading the whole day and not appear.

The problem is most likely the size of the excel workbook. Please reduce the size of an Excel workbook to view it in Power BI service.

The excel workbook uploaded to Power BI service needs to meet the following two requirements:

• The workbook as a whole can be up to 1 GB.
• The core worksheet contents can be up to 30 MB.

Here are some elements that can make the core worksheet contents larger than 30 MB:

• Images.
• Shaded cells.
• Colored worksheets.
• Text boxes.
• Clip art.
