Unable to upgrade Power Bi Pro

I am trying to following the instructions in the following post:

But cannot login to Office 365 admin center as keep getting the following error:

You don’t have permission to access this page or perform this action.

Very frustrating.

Any ideas would be most welcome please?

@hubinto This most likely means that you have a managed tenant. This is likely if you are trying to do this with your company domain. If that is the case, you will need to reach out to your Office 365 admin to get a license applied.
