Hey everyone,
I am unable to share my reports with external users. The reports are published in the power BI app in workspaces with premium capacity. I added the external user accounts to Azure Active Directory and invited them to read the report. When the external usere opens the shared link, Powerbi asks to install power bi pro.
This confuses me since the reports are in the premium capacity and this shouldn't be required.
Any help?
Thanks!
Hi @Anonymous ,
Have you added external users to app permissions before sharing?
Best Regards,
Liang

I would agree, make sure that your workspace is marked to use Premium capacity. You could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
