Advocate IIUnable to share to external users
Hi,
I am trying to share a dashboard with external users, but the Share Button is greyed out.
The privacy level of the source file is set to Public. Do you know what can be a problem?

The problem can be that you have a feature that make pro your content and the users you are trying to share are not pro users.
