Unable to set Direct Query refresh frequency with the New MariaDb Connector

Hi uk_tj ,

Could you please try to  clear permission & clear cache in Power BI Desktop and republish the report to Power BI Service? If it still not working, could you please provide the related screenshots of data source setting in both side? Thank you.

I've done as you've suggested but that has had no effect.

    Hi uk_tj ,

    According to the error message, it seems that Power BI Service don't support this data source. You can find Power BI supported data sources in the following documentation.
