Unable to see remove access option for a user.

So, I am unable to remove a user's direct access. I can only see three option Add reshare, add build and add write option. Before I was able to see the remove access option. Also, this started happening after all the users license were upgraded to Power Bi Pro.

Because the permission is coming from the Workspace

so from the Workspace where you need to remove access.
