Hi Greg_Deckler, Thanks for the response. The link to documentation doesn't seem to work. Alos, just to paint a more clear picture around the problem. I have powerbi connected to a cloud solution called jitbit. This is not an on-prem solution that needs a gateway. The source of the data is an HTTPS link with username and password.

    jdiperri2555 OK, but you mentioned a custom connector. So, like a custom connector that you created or a third party created or did you use the standard Web connector?

      This is a custom connector that JITBIT created. JITBIT is our helpdesk application and is cloud hosted.

        Hey jdiperri2555 , I am facing the exact same issue, did you managed to find a solution to this? I've reached out Microsoft PBI team but they mention there's nothing we could do for now Jitbit is not certified on their side yet... Thanks Lmk! 🙂
