I have a dataset in Powerbi Desktop that I had to remove some tables from and now when I publish the updates I cannot schedule a refesh in Powerbi Service, I made sure to delete the table from the source model, reconnected to the source in Desktop and published the report to a new workspace but it still wont let me set up a refresh. My data is coming from a Synchhub server and other bi reports are fine but I added additional tables and measures here and need it to work in Service. Help please!

You have one or more data sources on your local C:\ drive. Remove these ore move them to a place where the service can see them.
Use the "Data Source Settings" dialog in Power BI Desktop to validate.
