Unable to load the model error if user is not added in RLS
Some users of my report are not able to access it and prompted with "Unable to load the model" errror.
This only happen with reports that has row level security setup. There are users who were able to access the report without any errors. But for users who encountered error, I have to add them manually to an "Open Access" role in RLS for them to be able to view the report.
Is there a way to allow these users to access the report without having to add them to an "Open Access" role in row level security?
Hi. Once you create RLS in your dataset, any user who access the report need to be in one of the roles. You can do it in two ways. One would be like you are doing right now from Power Bi security settings. The other one would be adding a Group to the role in power bi and let office administration to handle that. If the person is added to a group like "PowerBi OpenAccess Team", then you don't need to do it from Power Bi.
