Unable to load report

This is a simple report using a Excel file as a data source. The file is sitting on someone's OneDrive. We're not concerned about refreshing etc, we simply want to OPEN the report when published and it doesn't want to...

We have Premium Capacity (P3 node) and there's no RLS in this report. 

It's literaly a simply import an Excel file and publishing and trying to view the published report....

Any help will be really appreciated
