Hey! Power BI has export limits: summarized data from a visual allows up to 30,000 rows, while underlying data allows up to 150,000 rows. Your Matrix visual likely exported summarized data, which is why only 57K rows appeared. To get all 80–90K rows, export the underlying data instead.
Hope that help!
Hi! Yes, using “Underlying data” would let you export up to 150K rows instead of the 50K you get with “Data with current layout.”
However, if Underlying data is disabled, it’s usually because the dataset owner turned off that option, or there are restrictions like DirectQuery sources or row-level security.
Unfortunately, you can’t enable it yourself.
Workarounds are to ask the dataset owner to allow underlying data export, or to export smaller chunks using filters (like by date or region) so you stay within the summarized data limit.
hope that helps

Thanks @RicardoTraNa ..
I have used Data With Current Layout with this getting only 50K rows..you are saying use Underlying datat.. so if i use that, will it exports till 150K .. and Underlying data is disabled.
