Unable to endorse Dataflows - Australia South East

I am currently not able to Endorse Power BI dataflows in the web service. I have tried two seperate tenants and the problem seems the same. I can endorse reports, only DF's showing the issue. Anyone else having this issue?

not resovled as yet, MS have been able to repro the issue and have logged an internal ticket to have the issue looked at

Same issue, and we cannot change the dataflow name
