I have the same issue. This would be the 2nd app workspace I'd create but getting same error discussed above. I checked and I CAN create groups in Office 365. I am currently using a trial Pro license

    I trid doing it next day and followed the same procedure and I was able to create groups and workspaces.

      Hi,

       

      We have this excact same problem with the same error, but we have enabled user group creation so it has to be something else? What could it be?

       

      What kind of permissions the user needs to create the app workspace? Currently it is Global Admin so should have enough rights...
