Unable to Schedule Refresh

My published my report to Power BI service and suddenly it stopped refreshing a few weeks ago. I get this screen:

What is your data source. Please check whether the gateway is running normally and successfully connected to the data source.

This message means that the report is expecting to have some parameters being given to the report when it runs.  I believe that the parameters can not be set to "Any" to work in the service.  Also, I don't believe that you can havea parameter which depends on ANOTHER parameter.  This article might be helpful:
