Unable to Load Report

All users of one of the reports I published are getting the below error when they try to open it in the service.  I'm also getting the same error and I'm an admin of the workspace it's published to.  When I open the report in desktop and manully refresh, everything works as expected.  The issue is only happening on the service.

I did try making a copy and publishing under another name, and I got an error that the report was published but one of my data sources was disconnected.  When I checked on the service, the connections were working properly, but still unable to open the report from the service.  I even tried creating new connections on my gateway and that didn't work either.

No idea how to fix this.

Hi @jdwalker5

From your details, It appears that you have got a new data source that is not configured to refresh. I would suggest going into your data source settings and having a look to see. Especially under the personal cloud connections. Will be.
