Unable to: Creating or Editing a dataflow through the PowerBI (app.powerbi.com) service.

I used to have the ability to create or edit dataflows within the app.powerbi.com service. Now when I try to access that option within the service, no matter which browser I use (Edge, Chrome, Firefox), the window just spins. I have completely flushed all information from the browsers so no cookies, history, passwords, forms, etc reside within the pc for any browser. I have completely uninstalled/reinstalled each browser and down to their registry entries. I have tried it on and off the vpn. I have tried it on a completely vanilla machine with a fresh windows install. I have tried it on a fresh linux install.
I have logged out and logged back into MS.

I am still unable to create or edit any dataflows within the app.powerbi.com service.

Hi @ttemprosa ,

I try to create a  Dataflow in my Power BI Service Portal, it works well.

Could you please try again?

Apologies for delay, I am still unable to get past the spinning circle after choosing to create the dataflow from the menu area where I can create a dataflow, connect to other datasets/dataflows, upload a json, or data model.
