Unable to Create App from workspace
I have a pro license but when I try to create an app from a workspace, the screen greys out and nothing progresses. I do have authorization to create apps, I have created many in the past. I've logge...
Can you use the devtools(F-12) and review the call stack for where it might be stuck and post the code block.
In Chrome DevTools:
- Open DevTools → Sources
- When the app hangs, click Pause (⏸)
The debugger will break at the exact line currently executing, which is typically inside the infinite loop. [stackoverflow.com]
From there:
- Inspect the call stack
- Look at loop variables
- Step out (Shift+F11) until you find the bad condition
It was quite strange, the image I had selected for the app was the issue. I used the same image for the workspace with no problem. Our IT is looking into that too, but having changed the image I had no problem in publishing the app.
