Unable to Access Power Query in the Power BI Service
All,
This issue began almost 3 weeks ago. I have used data flows for about a year an a half now without a problem. The data is connected to SharePoint Folders. Now, when I click “edit tables”, it will spin without resolution. I’ve let it spin for hours sometimes. Nothing. I created these dataflows and am the administrator.
Things I have tried:
- Re-start computer
- Re-enter credentials
- Clearing browser cashe
- Hard browser refresh
- Enable enhanced compute engine for each dataflow
- Asked IT
- They sent the issue to IT Admin and they were unable to find an issue.
- Re-set router box
- Tried with and without VPN connection
- Tried to access from a different computer

Since you have tried all above, I think you will be better off requesting support from Microsoft. If you are on premium, submit a ticket through the admin portal, the response is faster.

If you are on pro license only (no fabric/premium capacity)

Thank you! I will try that!

One thing I did notice today, if I try to add a "New Item", the options are very different. It doesn't give me the option to connect to SharePoint at all. I'm wondering if this is somehow a PowerBI/SharePoint connection issue? After I click on "Semantic Model", these are the only options I have. It looks very different than the normal connection options.
