Unable to Access Power Query in the Power BI Service
Super UserSince you have tried all above, I think you will be better off requesting support from Microsoft. If you are on premium, submit a ticket through the admin portal, the response is faster.

Also let us know if you/microsoft were able to solve it.
I wasn't able to reach anyone at Microsoft. I tried the links above, can't seem to get through the automated questions to reach anyone. I don't have admin credentials because that is through my IT department. Oddly enough, I was able to "edit tables" and work in the query editor for part of Monday through Wed afternoon and then it stopped again. I've tried all the things again and nothing. I've also tried going in the "back way" and opening the editor by adding a linked table or new source. Nothing works. So frusturating.

i dont think you need admin credentials to work in power query, so it has to be an issue microsoft have to deal with.
