US date format in report in browser/service unwanted

I have several reports running with hundreds of users. When users open my reports, they all show up with the US date format mm/dd/yyyy (e.g. 03/31/2024), instead of regular date format dd/mm/yyyy (e.g. 31/03/2024) used all over the world.

I know I can change that by telling users to change the language settings of their browser, or, - alternatively - make a measure for each of the date columns with a FORMAT() formula. That is however a very extensive process and my users have very limited patience with such stuff.

Is there no way I can change date formatting settings centrally?

Good one.  List of date formats by country - Wikipedia

Majority of the world = Blue or yellow

- Blue: d/m/y
- Yellow: y/m/d (the inverse)

Both formats follow a hierarchy of logic 🙂

Neither of them follow a hierarchy.  The only true date format is ISO-8601.  Unfortunately it is not very end user friendly.
