Trouble with scheduled refresh

I'm attempting to get my report to refresh automatically, but I've run into a problem I haven't seen before (it was working before).

The system tells me that I need to update my credentials. When I try to do that, I get this screen:

The authentication method listed is the only option, and no matter how many which option I choose for privacy level, it just continually spins and never resolves.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @jtatusko - it looks like you are trying to access a File on your C: drive from the Power BI web service, so are you using a Personal Data Gateway?  You may want to consider move the file to an Online location like SharePoint or OneDrive (preferrably SharePoint).
